Job Title: Supplier Quality Engineer
Specific Requirements
Main Responsibility
1) Planning, initiating and controlling quality assurance measures (with regard to accuracy, completeness, reliability, install ability and performance) for all goods and services (quality audits, inspection of incoming goods)
2) Developing and maintaining optimum QA strategy and technology tailored to goods and services
3) Continuous comparison of target setting and plan fulfillment (monitoring, analysis, control) in the context of the tasks performed by QA
4) Developing/maintaining the QA process in accordance with the quality guidelines
Education Requirement and Experience requirement
1) Typically Bachelor degree of Science in technical related discipline or advanced degree;
Skills requirement
1) Expert on quality knowledge as well as Process knowledge
2) Work independently on Technical or product based function;
3) Well language skills, both English and mandarin;
4) Familiar with presentation skill;
5) Familiar with project management;
6) Familiar with commercial negotiation;
7) Familiar with commercial knowledge and Knowledge of contract law
8) Familiar with IT tools and methods;
Experience requirement
1) 3 years or above working experience in supplier quality management;
2) 1 years or above working experience in procurement processes and in procurement-related functional areas;
3) 2 years or above working experience in project related function;
4) Working abroad and a degree of orientation capability in other cultures.
Job Title: Procurement Engineer
Specific Requirements
Main Responsibility
1) Advanced Procurement Engineer / Materials Engineer for Insulation materials and components for Generator Product Line
2) Integration and early involvement of supplier expertise in product development process
3) Initiation of product standardization, design-to-localization, design-to-cost and complexity reduction projects
4) Drive development of globally applicable, sourcing-friendly product/design specifications
5) Assure influence on PDP process by design-review and FMEA participation
6) Identification and communication of new/alternative production technologies in supplier market
7) Monitor release of quality-assured drawing/information packages for supplier qualification projects
8) Provide technical assessment in formal supplier evaluation process
9) Initiate and moderate technology days / DTC-workshops within supply base
10) Act as "technological consultant" in cross-functional commodity team
Education and Experience requirement
1) Typically Bachelor degree of Science in technical related discipline or advanced degree;
2) Minimum of 2 years working experience in Engineering or technical Supply Management
3) Analytical Skills(Six Sigma experience preferred)
4) High level of business and cost awareness
5) Self-dependant work style / Initiative
6) Assertive, but team-oriented work style
7) Global mindset and interest
